What does DFI mean?
Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) is a type of fuel injection technology for internal combustion engines that injects fuel directly into the combustion chamber. The fuel injectors are mounted in the cylinder head and spray the high-pressure gasoline into each cylinder's combustion chamber from a fuel rail.
DFI technology enables the engine to utilize fuel more efficiently which leads to more power, better fuel economy, and lower emissions.
