Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) is a type of road construction method where aggregate is mixed with water before laying and the wet mix is laid and then rolled.
WMM is an improvement upon the conventional Wet Bound Macadam (WBM) and is intended to be an alternative and more durable pavement layer in roads and highway works.

Macadam is a type of road construction, pioneered by Scottish engineer John Loudon McAdam around 1820.
