What does UDP mean?
User Datagram Protocol (UDP) is a communication protocol that offers a simple way for messages to be exchanged between devices in an Internet Protocol (IP) network. UDP is a connectionless transport-layer protocol (Layer 4). UDP does not guarantee delivery or the order in which data arrives. UDP is used by application where speed is of more importance than correct delivery of the data.
