What does OP mean?
Over-Proof (OP) alcohol refers to spirits that have a higher alcohol content than standard-proof spirits.
Note:
Proof is a measure of the alcohol content of a beverage. It is defined as twice the percentage of Alcohol By Volume (ABV) present in the drink.
For example, if a drink has an ABV of 40%, it is considered to be 80 proof.
