What does OLED mean?
Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) is a type of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) created by sandwiching semiconducting organic layers (carbon-based) between two electrodes. In OLED, pixels emit their own light and thus does not require backlighting.
