What does EPC mean?
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) is a form of contracting agreement in the construction industry. Under EPC model the Contractor is made responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner under some fixed predetermined timeline and may also involve scope for a penalty in case of time overrun.
