Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA) is an computer display standard specification which is between Color Graphics Adapter (CGA) and Video Graphics Array (VGA) in terms of color and space resolution. EGA was developed by IBMâ„¢ for personal computers which was able to display 16 out of a menu of 64 colors, at resolutions of up to 640 x 350 lines.
