Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) is an interpretable measure of insomnia. It is a commonly used screening tool to assess insomnia with eight questions.
AIS was first introduced by a group of researchers from Athens, Greece to assess the insomnia symptoms in patients with sleep disorders.
