Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach that aims to enhance the effectiveness of communication and facilitate learning and personal development. It was originated by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States, in the 1970s. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes how we think and use our minds (Neuro), in conjunction with the language that we use (Linguistic), and actions that we take (Programming) in order to achieve our desired outcomes.
