What does SRC mean?
State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) is an advisory body authorized under Section 105 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. The Council is comprised of members representing blind consumers, deaf-blind consumers, parents, educators, business, industry and labor, consumer advocacy groups, the New York State Workforce Investment Board and the New York State Independent Living Council for the development, implementation and review of rehabilitation service delivery for peoples with disabilities.
