What does NWFP mean?
North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) was a province of British India and later of Pakistan until 2010. The area was renamed to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province in 2010 when the 18th Amendment was signed by President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari.
