It is also used in British overseas territories, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, the British Antarctic Territory and Tristan da Cunha. Pound Sterling (GBP) is subdivided into 100 pence (p). The singular of pence is penny (p).
