What does IGS mean?
International Graduates Scheme (IGS) was a United Kingdom (UK) immigration scheme which was launched on 1 May 2007 and ended on 30 June 2008, when it was replaced by Tier 1 (Post Study Work). IGS enables international students who successfully complete a relevant UK degree to work in the UK for 12 months without needing a Work Permit.
