What does IDX mean?
Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a system that allows agents and brokers to access and display Multiple Listing Services (MLS) information on their real estate websites.
IDX allows MLS participants the option of authorizing their active listings to be displayed on other MLS participants' websites. It enables the consumers to search for and view listings from a designated area.
