Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) is a project sponsored by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) designed to enhance the capacity of New York's diverse healthcare workforce to deliver clinical services to improve health outcomes related to Sexual Health, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C (HCV) and Drug User Health (DUH).
