What does STL mean?
STereoLithography (STL), also know as Standard Tessellation Language (STL) or Standard Triangle Language (STL), is a file format used for 3D printing and computer-aided manufacturing.
STL file saves object data in a format used for stereolithography. It describes only the surface geometry of a three-dimensional (3D) object without any representation of color, texture, or other common Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model attributes.
