What does SLR mean?
Self-Loading Rifle (SLR) is a type of firearm that operates in a semi-automatic manner. It is capable of automatically reloading the chamber after each shot without requiring manual intervention.
SLR uses part of the energy from a fired cartridge to reload the chamber for the next shot.
Note:
SLR automatically reloads the chamber but fires only one round per trigger pull, unlike fully automatic firearms, which continuously fire as long as the trigger is held down.
