Registrar of Companies (ROC) is the official agency deals with regulation and management of all types of Companies covered under the Companies Act 1956 & Companies Act 2013 in India. Its the duty of the ROC to ensure that companies are properly registered, and that, when registered, they file accounts and other information correctly.
