What does RBC mean?

Reflected Binary Code (RBC), also known as Gray code, is a binary numeral system in which two successive values differ in only one bit. In other words, each code word in RBC is generated by changing the state of only one bit at a time.

Note:
Gray code is named after Frank Gray, an American physicist who is best known for his contributions to information theory and digital communication.
