What does ODI mean?

Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) is a scoring system for rating the severity of back pain. The score is calculated by adding up the scores for each of the 10 questions on the ODI questionnaire.
ODI is used to evaluate the degree of disability caused by spinal disorders, particularly low back pain.
ODI ranges from 0 to 10, and it is typically divided into 5 categories of disability.
A score of 0-20 reflects minimal disability, 21-40 moderate disability, 41-60 severe disability, 61-80 Crippling back pain, and 81-100 bed-bound.
