Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is a law enforcement and intelligence agency under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
NCB is also the nodal agency on matters of drug law enforcement in India and is tasked with combating drug trafficking and the use of illegal substances under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
