Kilo Ampere Linear Injector (KALI) is a linear electron accelerator being developed by Defence Research Development Organization (DRDO) and the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). KALI is a strong microwave system that can destroy enemy missiles and other air targets. It works by generating pulses of highly energetic electrons and kills the on-board electronic systems in the target.
