What does IRF mean?
Intrasis Raw File (IRF) file format is developed from the RAW File format and it is an ASCII file consisting of two Sections: a Header that contains Measurement information and a Data section with coded Coordinate data where each row represents a Data value. The Datatype is indicated with a Label (0-99; Intrasis only uses a few of these Labels) and the Value is indicated after the sign (=).
