Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) is an extended technology of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) that uses handwriting recognition technology by using algorithms to learn new and different styles of fonts and handwriting in order to ultimately improve character recognition and accuracy.
ICR is used for extracting handwritten text and converting it to computer-readable text.
