What does ARR mean?
Average Room Rate (ARR) is the total room revenue divided by the number of rooms occupied for a given period. Hotels use this measure to calculate the average price at which they are booking hotels each night. So, if a hotel made $70,000 and sold 100 rooms, its ARR would be 70000 / 100 = $700.
