What does T-RAM mean?

Thyristor RAM (T-RAM) or Thyristor Random Access Memory, is a new type of DRAM computer memory invented and developed by T-RAM Semiconductor. Thyristor-RAM technology is a Negative Differential Resistance based (NDR-based) RAM cell, called Thin-Capacitively-Coupled-Thyristor (TCCT).
