Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidentiality Agreement (CA), is a legal contract between at least two parties that prohibits the sharing of confidential information specified in that agreement.
NDA is commonly executed when two parties are considering a relationship or collaboration together and need to understand the other's processes, methods, or technology solely for the purpose of evaluating the potential for a future relationship.
